At the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto (CAST) we aim to work in partnership with families and provide the highest quality of Service to children, youth and caregivers who cross paths with our Agency. We are committed to creating a supportive and transparent environment by providing children, youth and individuals who have sought or received service from us with information about their records, rights and the range of complaints processes available to them.
